I agree that the organizing committee of WASCON 2026 (i.c. ISCOWA and Kyushu University's organizer) may collect and use my name, affiliation, and email address for the purpose of informing me about future conferences and related events.
I understand that I can withdraw my consent at any time by contacting the organizers.
To withdraw my consent, I can send an email request to the WASCON 2026 Organizing Committee at sec@wascon2026.jp.



For the participants list, I agree to have my name, affiliation, and country included in the participants list for WASCON 2026, to be shared with all WASCON2026 participants. I understand that I can withdraw my consent at any time by contacting the organizers(e-mail: sec@wascon2026.jp), before the start of the conference (18 May 2026).
- The list will Not publicly shared: only to the participants in WASCON2026;
- Consent withdrawal is only possible before the start of the conference (18 May 2026)


The participation fee will be charged in Japanese yen, converted at the exchange rate determined by your credit card company.

From 17 February, 2026, to 16 March, 2026 50%
From 17 March, 2026, to 10 May, 2026 70%
From 11 May, 2026 100%
If a registered participant is replaced by another person in the same affiliation, no cancellation fee will be charged. However, the person requesting the change must notify the organizing committee in advance by e-mail.
